Be patient, stock prices on NOK and Q have high risk to go lower as the double whammy of a crappy economy and significant time delays in product roll-outs get cycled and recycled through the market's consciousness. Neither Q nor NOK have come out with the full confessional on the near term. While we can anticipate that, prices may well dip lower in the foreseeable future.

P.S. Extended neck time. GTC price lows for buys in the next 60-90 days: NOK = $18.75 QCOM = $58.50
