I haven't followed this thread since i got out of the stock at $12.25. I was a little upset I missed $14 but now this makes all those thoughts disappear. I just saw their press release....whew.... glad I got out with my profits. I agree, I don't think they're being too up front here. Think about it.... you work for a company in sales BEFORE the company goes public. You probably have some stock options at pre IPO prices which haven't vested yet AND you can't sell those that you have due to the lock out period.... WHY would you leave now that the company is public and leave all those unvested shares on the table? If the problem is short term and the outlook is good.... why leave? Sure there are always reasons but.....
