Paul, Uh....how about chip set support....motherboard support...you know..the usual things that make an AMD CPU launch look so pss poor.* Do you mean that you can just drill some holes into the P4 423 pin socket to fit in the new CPU? Or how about plugging 184 pin DDR SDRAM DIMM into a 184 pin RDRAM socket? Joe
