Here is a W2000 tip that may be of use:

TODAY'S eTIP™: Mouse-Button Secrets
In Windows 2000, pointing your mouse at something and clicking the right button often brings up a secret hidden menu with extra options. For example, right-click on a blank portion of your Desktop and a menu pops up, enabling you to organize your Desktop's icons or change the way your display looks. Just about every option that right-clicking offers can be accomplished in other ways. But once you experience the joys of being sneaky, you may use the right button as often as the left.
