Intel is spending 7.5 Billion Dollars on Capital Expansion this year alone !!
That's about 150% of AMD's annual revenue !!
What does that tell you of Intel's perception of future business prospects?

It tells me that the P4 screw up is going to be costly. It will take twice as many fabs to produce the same number of processors.
