Les ---Qcom did not warned tonight ---repeated the same message it has been saying over the past year . It will collect royalties either way W-CDMA or CDMA 2000 ---does not matter . It has 2.5G rolling out at present in KOREA ( 144K data rate ) . All the article is saying is that the GSM crowd is not delivering on their promises to the telecom companies that bought into GPRS .As a matter of fact if you read the following he trying to sell CDMA2000 as the solution to their current delays :
