Does anyone have a link to this white paper that QCOM has published about 1xEV for GSM?

Also, I can't help but to laugh at Jacob's comment that WCDMA will be commercially available in 2002. His comments were takien pretty far out of context. Nonetheless, he has started a major FUD for the GSM camp upgrading to GPRS and WCDMA. I hope he has some information to share as to exactly how 1xEV will fit into the GSM networks.
