Dave, Looks like they are getting it in shape for another run or a shell game.
Hold shares and wait and see what happens.
It could be a legitimate shell application and whatever shares you have could get more valuable. Of course they may do a 100:1 reverse share split.
One way to find out is to see if you can buy 1000 shares at 5 cents. $50 to test that water.
If you cannot get them them something is up.
The MM will pull the offer away and show a new offer higher than when you offered.
Like a mouse on a string with a kitten.
