JC - CNBC for one and my guess others in the invesmtent community have taken Dr Jacobs FT article as bad news for the Q.

I assume that eh was trying to give out some relatively good news but in this market people just don't have time to understand the nuances between W-cdma and cdma2000 they just sell.
