You might ask them who serves on their science board. The members of such a board seem strangely invisible. Specifically, who is their consultant on their projected cervical product? You might also ask why nothing of their work has been published for many years.

It would be very interesting to know with whom the private placement was made. That seems a substantial amount of cash to be handled anonymously.
