I'm sure NTAP comes out ahead on the deal. <g> What's more important, even though it's just a news release with no time frame attached, it's proof that some companies are thinking past the baloney we are seeing now. I bet ya, baring anymore sector or company related news, that a floor has just been put in for NTAP. NTAP valuation has come down close to where I see value as it is. Greg
