For what it is worth I happened to stay at the Adams Mark hotel in Tulsa last night. Hotel is right across street from Williams (including Williams Communications) headquarters. Noticed both Extreme Networks and ONI each have rooms reserved at the Adams Mark for today. It would appear they are making (separate) presentations either to Tulsa in general or to WC in particular.
