telecomguy, I did not take it to mean that. I think what they are saying is that Morgan Stanley is going to sell 147 million shares (multiplied by $17.50 gives ~$2.5 billion) as a sell side brokerage. I do not think it is the fee they will be getting. 147 million shares is the number MS will be selling as a lead underwriter. Others will be selling the rest. No? Dayal
