First Impressions:

1) Our company is getting much bigger

2) I hope there are severe restrictions as to when and if Jacmar can sell or short CHGO. (Shorting as a hedge)

3) The warrants are immediately worth more. The company is seemingly satisfied to let the warrants get executed, showing their confidence in the ability to put that kind of cash to work.

4) As long as Jacmar already controlled 51% of the company, I don't see any more disadvantage to them owning 65% or 75%.

5) Seems like 2 7/8 or 3 a share would be a fairer price for them to purchase these shares, especially as the price is bing guaranteed to them through the summer for WAY more shares.

6) Just when you think you know what will happen next...........
