On that SMOP PEX deal do you know if there was a fixed exchange rate for shares like 2 for one? I'm doing some dd and understand the $4.71 cash but not the other choice.

One other question on the deal and that is do you feel the liquidity will increase a lot once the two companies are combined? Looking at PEX a 1000 share buy rocks its world.
