Agree that numbers are not the issue, but I disagree that OE price would have gone this low if the announced loss had been the worst case issued in the Dec. 19th earnings outlook. (They must be forgiven for not predicting the OMC bankruptcy, but that was not the whole problem). This surprise was truly a shock and is indicative of serious decision-making shortcomings and some problems discerning their actual financial condition - and also indicative that OE has some problems that must be fixed if shareholder value is ever to be maximized.

All this and the equity markets are horrible, contributing to the problem.
