Thanks for your indulgence. A final question: The DNA from the cell in my mouth is put inside the cell membrane of an unfertilized egg. Does IT have rights? I don't think you've ever said that you believe eggs have rights.

If the DNA is just shoved in the cell membrane then the unfertilized egg's status is not different then it was before. If you use some form of biotechnology to make the unfertilized egg into fertilized egg using the DNA from a cell in your mouth then you have created a new individual with it's own rights. The fact that it was not fertilized with sperm is not particularly relevant to the question.
