So even if the cell from my mouth can be modified into a cell culture and differentiated, that doesn't pose a moral dilemma or would you make a determination based upon morphology?

To be honest I had to look up morphology. It appears you are referring to form or structure. In that case I might answer your question no. If the cell from your mouth was modified into a cell culture and differentiated and the differentiated cell culture would develop in to a sentient organism if it was put in the appropriate environment then I would be against killing that cell culture.

I'll ask a question myself - Are you in favor of abortion being legal and easily available right up to birth? If so would you support a legal right of a parent to kill their newborn child? If not what would be the reason for the distinction between the newborn child and the just about to be born fetus?
