Bernard: The crowd is usually wrong... There is still too much of a smug anticipation of a turnaround... We need more disbelief as the techs get hammered... We still haven't seen that panic bottom where the good is sold along with the bad... We need to see bullish sentiment fall below 30% for several weeks... The big pickup in Nasdaq New Lows suggests that we'll be seeing this soon... Jim
