JRI: CIEN holding its ground today so far. Not whipsawing like yesterday. Seems like a good SHORT here but if the FED should appear around 2:15PM with a preemptive strike like it did in JAN. one could get killed. The day is feeling like it did Jan 03 before the announcement. Makes me very nervous -- breaking out the MALOX. Just one of those feelings.

Usually CIEN follows the COMP and one would expect it the visit the lows again today based on past behavior. Very puzzling. GH
