I had a low-ball limit order on PDG that I changed to a $13.90 limit order this morning. I should've been filled but my Order Status screen showed no fill and no open order on PDG.

When I phoned in to inquire to a trader, I was told that they were not accepting change orders and that "Unknown Technical glitches" were cited as the cause during the last few days. Circus clowns.

Late confirmations suck! I want to know if I own a stock or not, and be able to take whatever necessary action. Lately it feels like they will fill a buy order only if the stock declines, and cancel the change order if the stock is running up. Damn inept borkers. PDG currently trading at $14.25 / $14.27 as I write this and I am pi$$ed for not getting my order filled as it should have been.

The moral of the story, don't use change orders at least for now it is more certain to initiate a new order and then cancel the old order. That's not how it's supposed to work!
