There is significant support in the 1800-1850 region for the NDX, then the next strong support area would be the 1400-1550 region which was the 1998 peaks. After that the main support is 1063(NDX) which was the OCT 1998 low.

If this is only PHASE 2 of a possible 3 phases - OUCH!!! I would hate to see PHASE 2 end around the 1400-1550 region rather than the 1800-1850 region, which would imply that if there is a PHASE 3, it could get to the 1000-1100 region.

Im not saying for sure that there will be a PHASE 3, just opening the discussion in case there is one. If for some reason we do see the 1000-1100 region, for sure I dont think there will be much readership on SI, nor will too many want to even discuss HiTECH stocks or even any stocks.
