Lucky to be in Southern California because there's a lot of Lexus dealers and the mechanics are pretty good - never've had a complaint after having the car serviced.

re: 80 feels like 45.

When I first got the car, I was driving through a long stretch in the Mohave Desert with nobody around and got it up to 141 for just a minute. THAT felt like 45. I expected the car to start shaking but it didn't - still the same smooth ride. Was amazed to see a little light come on advising me that the "height" indicator was showing "super low" - you have to be doing over 120 for that spoiler to kick in. Not too good on the tires to do that. I've slowed down since then.
