It's just filling the gap from Feb 2000, that's all. Most of the tech cos (with some exceptions, such as CHKP, JNPR, etc..) are at their 1999 or below prices. Why would RMBS be immune?

It will be a great buy at 23-25, although I doubt it will get there unless some unfavorable court news. 27 is more likely.
