Paul, Sorry, Im not saying that he will be wrong, since Im hoping for a rate cut. Just commenting on how does one analytically come up with a probablity of 60%. Since he mentioned a specific number I have to presume he has some sort of statistics supporting such. Otherwise it would have been better stated that the chances are better than 50:50. Commenting on the quality of an analysis not whether right or wrong. Shoot, the last time I did that - well you know.
