Donald, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long on MCLD.

It has a nice cash position with $3.42 per share, debt at only 1%, and a healthy current ratio at 5.84. With no earnings, however, earnings based ratios are meaningless. While revenues have grown in the most recent quarter, current earnings estimates call for this company to lose even more next year than they are this year. This negative trend is unattractive to me, and it offers very little for stockholders in the near or long term.

Based on these findings, I would have to pass. Any chart opportunities that one may see will only be TA based, not FA, at least not in my opinion. Perhaps your investment dollars would be better placed in a stronger company.

Regards,

Rainier
