Hello Jocko,

If the GATA lawsuit goes ahead next month then we might see some big gains in the gold price. That will allow GATA to go fishing for documents from the people named in the suit.

If the Judge throws out the suit, I doubt that they will ever find the smoking gun.

As for MOA, I do not know where we go from here. Falconbridge should be drilling their ONT property but I do not know how far along they are.
