Thanks for the post and your thoughts. The e-mail address I used was www.bcsc.bc.ca/new_inside.htm
It's the site for insider reports but also has a thing where you can e-mail them complaints.

I'm not so sure that attacking the board will be like cutting our nose to spite our face, since I don't think people would buy or sell based on a shareholder revolt. If they were going to do one or the other, maybe they'd buy, thinking that we'd add to shareholder value instead of diluting it. Besides, when the results come out in a week or three or whatever, the price is going to reflect those results, and not what we're trying to do.
I just wish someone could come up with some real good leverage. Like George Bush when he said, "This will not stand!" He had the most powerfull military in the history of the world behind him. It'd be nice if we had something good behind us. Kind of makes me with I was licensed in BC. I would like to depose Randy and the Board and ask them how they are fulfilling their fiduciary duties to shareholders by doing what they did.
How about it Randy. We know you're there. You can e-mail Jill, the webmistress right now and set up your account with SI and reply to the thread tonite! Come on! What are you afraid of? We all want to hear how the option scam is a good deal for us shareholders. You must have a good reason or two. I'm sure we'll all apologize for doubting you when you give us the answer. Come on Randy, we're waiting.
