A power struggle is brewing here. Lundin wants more seats than Khan is willing to give. Rice would like to see Lundin have 2 but will probably preserve his own and Met Lifes' prerogatives for their own nominees. Lundin will have to buy more shares to get another seat. If the buying yesterday and today was not Lundin (as some have asserted) then perhaps another big player is jockeying for board respresentation. This is a beautiful scenario unfolding for the AKSEF bull. The struggle will be won by accumulating shares in time for proxies.
