For years I had a mental block about AOL...their service was so bad and unresponsive a couple years back...not just during the access woes but afterwards...when they lacked capacity and so kicked people off the service based on a timer system....and tried to hide that they were doing it without warning.....so I refused to invest on the grounds that if the product is crap the customers will eventually leave.

Things have changed though....so much so that I actually signed up for their service again last fall and have been relatively content....not overly impressed but it's at least middle of the pack, maybe better....

I agree that they are well positioned going forward.....I am waiting on all entries until such time as I conclude that the market has both crashed AND burned.....what we are seeing now is just the fireball upon reentry to the atmosphere.....
