James, News release said longer than anticipated negotiation with potential partners. Well I can understand that..sometimes we have longer than expected to negotiated with our partner too..and you needed more time to negotiate with potential girl friend, boy friend, wife,husband or partner....Your potential partner may wanted a joint account and you don't wanted, and she threatened to move out to end the relationshop..For business is the same as human, the other party wanted a better deal, so they must put some hard to swallow term for PKM. I think Park has no choice but to bite. George
