i think the cut will only come IF the market keeps sliding. in other words, March 5/8 looks like a good candidate for the cut. don't forget, they have to clue all their bankster buddies in so they can buy calls, sell puts, and ramp the futures through buy stops when the time comes. it must all be prepared. the cut MUST ignite a rally...because if it doesn't, everybody will realize how powerless they are...
