I don't doubt this. It polutes our system considerably. Bill is by far the most blatant example that I have seen in my lifetime, and he uses it for his own selfish good. It also appears to me that he sold secrets to China based on donations from the head of Loral. That would outrage me whether it was dem or repub, but it wasn't. It was Bill Clinton, the figurative head of the demo party.
