Paul, the company only released sales numbers for the quarter, deferring earnings for a couple of months. I see no reason why they could not have said something like - "we expect to report earnings/losses of about $x.x million for the quarter, before adjustment, if any, that may be required by the ongoing review of the Astron purchase with the SEC". I am inclined to draw a negative inference from their failure to do so. Do you agree?
