Hi Michael

I don't know what the quick ratio is to be honest with
you. I do know that company had a secondary offering in
October and raised about $20 million cash, of which $10
million remains. A company proposal for this coming
shareholders meeting is asking shareholders to okay a
doubling of the number of company's shares from 20 million
to 40 million shares. Presently, of the 20 million shares
authorized, 17 million shares have been issued.

Is anybody going to the June shareholder's meeting?
