Do you see the dilution associated with a typical unlocking of restricted shares any differently than spinning those restricted LMNE shares to MRVC shareholders and letting them sell? Will our spin-off shares be restricted? John, Greg, or one of the other regulars on the thread, is probably the one to ask. Perhaps they might comment. I can think of a few factors that might affect the relative stock prices, but I really don't know what selling pressure on LMNE an investor in MRVC might expect from a spin-off rather than a lock-up expiration.
