According to the FBI......every one has certain characistics that never change from birth to death. It's the eyes and the actual shape of the face. Cosmetic surgery can change appearances but you can't change the bone structure of the face shape nor can it change the basic structure of the eyes. That's why....when looking at old photos....people recognise something in the eyes first and the shape second.
