Nice Yahoo post on JDSU and Crammer just sent to me:

Snowmansierra, you are correct. Crammer did not call the top in Fiber Optics, not even the middle of the decline, no he jumped on late but is now using the Clinton Administration's Technique of the Big Lie. By hammering away at the FO companies everyday, LU, NT, JDSU, etc, Crammer is relying on the fact that if you say something often enough, with enough hyperbole and volume, it becomes accepted as truth. Crammer is using this technique to burnish his reputation, trying to become "The Man Who Called the Top in Fiber Optics", what does Crammer gain by this? Well he is trying to save the foundering thestreet.com and sell subscriptions to realmoney.com, if the market comes to believe Crammer made such a call and is "The Man", then his dot.com's shall become indisposable as a source of investment advice and he shall gain "Guru" status and salvage the company. Everything Crammer says is self-serving, period. Well after the high Crammer still said that JDSU stood for "Just Don't Sell Uniphase". Now revisionist history reigns. I for one was there and am not buying it.
