Frankly, Im not in favor of any action going back to cutting of rates back in 1998.

Not right away. I think that if the fed cuts rates it may give a false sense of security for a while permitting the rally that preceeds the final PHASE of the bear market, unless fundamentals can improve quick enough. In a way a delayed panic button, if fundamentals cannot improve fast enough for market sentiment.

I cant keep count of how many times CNBC has reported the WAYNE ANGEL comments. geez.
