I sold it all in January 2000, along with everything else. Bought back over time. I own a lot more stocks now, too, especially content management and wireless web.

Did you not buy back as much Amazon has you originally had due to a lack of conviction about the furure potential? I understand the desire for content management and wireless web. I just do not understand the switch from the huge potential that Amazon has due to the fact they have a negative operating cycle and far fewer fixed expenses compared to traditional retailers. That would seem to be one opportunity in which one would want to have a large stake.
