Gross said same thing on cnbc last night. he also thinks an intrameeting cut is dangerous because it sends a signal that fed is panicky. well, Angell predicted 12/19 cut also and it didn't happen. Even with intrameeting cut any rally would be confined within the parameters i posted to Don. Wonder Don's >7% decline has high probability to revisit low would apply here ?
