Nokia to begin shipping GPRS handsets in September ramping into high volume production in 4Q. Another reason Nokia gave for not rushing GPRS phones to market as have Motorola and Ericsson is to give carriers time to build out their GPRS overlays more fully so that service capabilities won't be hobbled.
