maverick: you say that the Club board has proven themselves credible because they have expressed disappointment over the results. You also say that the proponents are a lot more objective.
The Club board - I call them the cheerleaders, are totally out of touch with the reality of running a business. The results show this.
The proponents of OE's and its management - got it wrong. Oe's management have show once again that they lack the ability and expertise to run any public company. Does it not scare you when you look at their track record - to think what these guys might do if and when the money start to hit the top line and wheather it will ever get to the bottom line.
I was considering reducing my position due to lack of performance at the end of the year. However I got caught, I took as chance that what the company said had some credibility. I was wrong - we got screwed and we all lost money. While I do not consider myself an opponent ( your word ) - I am a critic and my point is correct - These guys are brilliant engineers but as managers they are not just bad they are awful - it reminds me of a three ring circus.
The baseline question is " Can the technology overcome the management "
