Len:

All one can say is that all this has provided Bush with a screen to duck behind while he learns to feel comfortable in his office.

It will take a bit longer but by the time this furor settles (if it ever will) over the Clintons' misdeeds, he will have a secure hold on the wheel. Furthermore, it will mute some of the most ardent Demo congressional attackers of his tax and other proposals.

What a break! Otherwise, they would be tearing even his grammar apart and laughing all over the media space. Better to have an honest plodder than a gifted dishonest sweet talking orator. The lesson is beginning to hit home.
