How is the skiing going this year? I'm starting to get the urge to get out and do some early spring skiing soon.

Looks like a good list to get started with. Given the uncertainty in the ecomony/markets and declining interest rates, it makes sense to at least have a part of your portfolio in a basket of securities with a good yield.

With yields continuing to fall, there is also a good chance for capital appreciation. I do believe rates will end up going a lot lower than the market has factored in already.

I bought SHI two weeks ago, and it is up 50% from it's low just 10 days ago. Only wish I bought more. It was yielding more than 6% when I bought it.

If you had to pick 5 from your list to invest in, which would be your top 5 picks?
