Even though TLAB dropped through the trendline which represented the bottom side of the pennant, it bounced off of another trendline and remained within its original upward.trend channel.


I agree with your analysis. I think I would look at the pennant as "past history". It did breakdown through the bottom trendline.

Now, I'm seeing the upward channel that you are talking about. I've drawn it in, and will be seen on my Friday's chart update.

Very good analysis Bob.. Very good indeed.

Right now, the upward channel is holding up well. From a trader's view, sell once it crosses below the bottom trendline of this upward channel.
