Jim, it just could be in the face of some really bad numbers next week
Greenspan panics and gives a cut, then again, no one really knows when
a cut will come, but I think we all know one will come by the next FED
meeting at the latest. There is also that trade-off to a lower dollar in the face
of another cut, so they can't go to far.
Will any rally be hit by more selling waves? When will we see all those tens of
billions of $$ on the sidelines be put to work? When will overseas $$ pull out?

As far as I can see, people are still spending with abandon, no real consumer
pain that I can see, as of yet. Bars and eating establishments are doing well.
Maybe instead of leasing a new car every 2 years, people are shifting spending
into more pleasurable activities?
