I think you are going to see that balloon this year as well. I know many at work that sold emp. stock options for a good chunck o change. Most spent the cash figuring more stock could be sold to pay taxes this year. Ain't happening where I work. Also many across the nation exercised to buy options at sky high prices. Triggering AMT taxes that they don't have cash to cover it. Now most of that stock is worthless. NO CAPITAL LOSES either in most cases on ESO's. Those taxes gotta come from some where.... Mar and Apr could be real ugly this year.
