Even More So To The Bagholders That Sold In Late March, Bought In At A Higher Price when Told The Bottom Was In Early April,
Sold Again In May, Waited Till The Bottom Was Really In This Time So They Didn't Get Back In Until Late June, Bailed Again in Late June And Did Not Get Back In Until The End Of August In Time For The September Rally. And then threw up their hands in late November and decided to wait for the new year and tax selling to end and to get back in late January.
