>>GS = Greenspan best known name in the markets.<<

Oh,sorry I'm not in the click. Most people would just refer to him as AG. GS means Goldman Sachs to most people Anyhow, that's not relevant.

WHat is relevant is your comment

The only question is whether you will wait to invest when it is too late (just as many waited to get out before) or whether you will believe GS and invest now.

Are you advising people that they would be wise to take a buy and hold approach on CIEN at these levels? Closed at 74 1/4 on Friday.

If so what would you consider a respectable or logical return in say three to 5 years? What if they see it double in three months? Would they be wise to take their profits, pay capitol gains?

Further:

Now he is reducing interest rates. If that doesnt stimulate the economy he will reduces some more and then more. The economy will get stimulated

Okay, you are suggesting that he reduce until businesses and people start spending again? How many more wild cards do you think are left in the deck? How low can they go on interest rates to stimulate the economy? Japan went to zero, and that didn't help. And they save money!

What if it doesn't work? How much longer can the US keep borrowing to pay off debt?

P.S. Earnings have to catch up to prices, or you can be sure price will catch up to earnings. It's really that simple.

I wish you the best of luck with your investment. I remain short. One of us will be looking awfully smart this time next year.
